Johnny joined Harpos FC as a player in 2005 and became Manager in 2008. He's built and led HFC squads to 31 championships and counting while he has also won over 100 titles throughout his playing and managerial career yet remains hungry for more glory. Johnny has been lauded as the visionary, leader and creator of the "Greatest Thought Experiment Ever" by The18.com. He is committed to striving for perfection with the club and in the process achieving excellence across the entire organization.

Outside of futbol, Johnny is a devoted husband and loving father of two young boys.  He is also trusted consultative advisor and expert business development professional to the Fortune 500 for enterprise services and software. He has earned the #1 national and global salesperson honor at SDL, the world's leading language translation and content management company. Currently he is Regional Vice President of Sales at United Language Group helping to deliver customized language and interpretation solutions to strategic corporate customers across multiple industries. He's dedicated to connecting, helping and listening to make the world a better and more understanding place for all to thrive in.
