Favorite Harpos FC Moment - PASL National Tournament in Dallas Texas.  Making it to the National Championship game.  Although we gave up the lead with 37 seconds left and lost in a PK shootout, it was a great experience.

Why I love Harpos FC - The quality and commitment of the players is incredible.  The success of the team speaks for itself and in my eyes we are the top amateur team in the country.  The men on this team have tremendous character and are a family. Plus it's always a good time in training, during games and tournaments, and especially off the field!

Favorite Pro Teams - Tottenham Hotspur FC, FC Bayern Munich

Previously Steve served as Executive Director at St. Vrain FC in Longmont, CO. Between 2008 and 2015 he helped grow the club from 1100 recreational players to over 2,000 players and over 40 competitive teams.

Steve was the Head Coach of Niwot High School Men's Soccer team in 2008 and 2009.  In 2008 the team made it to the State Championship game before losing 3-0 to Rock Canyon.  2009 was a rematch between the same schools but this time Niwot prevailed 1-0.  After winning the State Championship game Steve was awarded by his peers the following: 2009 CHSAA "Coach of the Year", 2009 CHSAA 4A "Coach of the Year", 2009 NFHS "Coach of the Year - Colorado", 2009 Longmont Times-Call "Coach of the Year", and 2009 Boulder Daily Camera "Coach of the Year." Prior to Niwot High School Steve served as Assistant Coach for the Colorado Rapids U23 team that competed in USL League Two under legendary Head Coach Peter Ambrose. The team finished 2nd in the Heartland Division and qualified for the USL League Two playoffs.  In the playoffs they lost to the Thunder Bay Chill, who went on to become National Champions.

Coach Lepper has coached over 200 players who have gone on to play collegiate and professional soccer.
